Want to learn more about practical permaculture design techniques? Looking for an excuse to get your hands dirty and spend some time outdoors? Eager to meet other local permaculture enthusiasts? Can't turn down a free lunch?
Whatever your reason, we hope you'll join us for our first permablitz in collaboration with The Riverside Project.
Join us at Riverside on Saturday, March 26 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (rain date: Saturday, April 2). We'll have a brief discussion about swales (a permaculture design element that helps catch and store water in the soil, making it readily available to plants), followed by a collaborative swale building project on site.
Vegan, gluten free lunch will be provided.
No prior experience or permaculture knowledge required. Please bring work gloves and a shovel if you have one!
RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org for directions and additional information.
